Key objectives– Upgrade existing fluorescent/ incandescent fittings to energy-efficient LED lighting. Reduce clients lighting power usage and provide a better overall lighting environment. This, in turn, creates a better shopping environment for shoppers.
Complex hurdles– Using big mobile elevated work platforms in confined shopping mall space. Work can only be carried out at night due to the nature of the mall.
What made it a success– The project was considered a success to our standard due to the fact that the job is a high profile project involving one of our key clients, which gives confidence to our client regarding our skills and capability. Project management wise it was also a great success due to the fact that the project was very well run by our technicians and worked co-operatively to ensure that the work is completed within the scheduled time frame. This ensured not only the profitability of the project but also displayed RCR’s dedication to their work, which not only warrants completion but also quality.
