Do you need extraction in a commercial kitchen?
Yes, you do. Extraction systems are a good way of taking unwanted fumes and grease from cooking out of the kitchen, creating a cleaner and more comfortable kitchen environment.
What is the difference between a cooker hood and an exhaust fan?
Both these devices do the same thing but in different ways. Cooker hoods filter the air and remove smells and grease before syphoning the air back into the kitchen, while exhaust fans simply blow air from inside the kitchen to the outside.
